UK standard:  FREE

UK express: £8.50 (Royal Mail Special Delivery including Saturday Delivery)

Europe: £19.99

USA & Worldwide: £21.99

All parcels are sent with Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service.

Juraster’s prices include UK VAT at 20%.

For our international customers, 20% VAT is deducted from your payment at check-out. Your international order will be subject to customs/import duties and tax charges of approximate 18-25% when it reaches you. Please note that Juraster does not cover the costs of these payments, which are your responsibility.

UK standard: 2-3 working days via standard Tracked service. 

UK express:  Order before 11am Monday – Friday for next working day via Special Delivery, incl. Saturday Delivery. 

Note that if your order is placed after 11:00 am on a Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, we will dispatch it on the next available working day.

Europe: 3-5 working days via International Tracked and Signed service.

USA & Worldwide: 5-7 working days via International Tracked and Signed service.

We can ship to PO Boxes or Pack Stations in Africa and Middle East only.

We ship to most countries worldwide (excluding Russia and others on the current UK sanctions list).

Returns & Exchanges

UK: yes, returns from UK orders are free.

Europe, USA & Worldwide: no, unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns outside of UK.

Buying from Juraster is hassle-free thanks to our Joy Guarantee & free UK returns. You can apply to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.  Get in touch with returns@juraster.com. 

You can return your Juraster purchase for a refund or credit note, or if the item is a ring, then you can exchange it for an alternative size of the same design, if in stock.

We can only accept items back which are unaltered, unworn, and in a resaleable condition.  Please pack your return inside the original packaging so it won’t get damaged in transit.  Please ensure that each item still has its tamper proof seal intact and securely attached.  

Any bespoke Juraster pieces which have been designed and made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@juraster.com.

Sizing

If you have a ring that fits, simply measure the inner diameter with a ruler.  Look up the diameter here in our chart.

It’s much easier to increase a ring by a size than decrease it. So, if in doubt go a size smaller.  

Not sure of your size, and need to measure your finger? Help is at hand.  We will send you an amazingly accurate ring sizer –contact us to ask for one. Then we will measure your finger with you over video call. 

Sizing tips:

A perfectly fitting ring should slip on quite smoothly but need to be tugged off.  When it’s on, it should not be loose enough to turn on its own, only if you twist it with your fingers.

When to measure your fingers:

Measure your fingers when your hands are warm ideally at the end of the day when they are at their fullest, but not when you’ve been drinking alcohol or coffee, or eating salty food, because these will swell your blood vessels.  If you’ve been out in the cold, let your hands warm up fully before measuring.

Your Juraster bracelets are designed for style and accessibility.

You can chose a bracelet that is either 20cm long or 24cm long.

20cm - this is designed for people who wear 20cm or smaller sized bracelets.

24cm - this is for larger wrists or for upper arms.

The distinctive J hook will adjust the size to whatever feels most comfy for you.

Yes!  You can send your Juraster ring to us for resizing at a cost of £75 per ring including P&P & VAT, get in touch for help.  We will help you work out the right size by video call first.  Then post your ring to us for resizing and we will return it once done.

Because fingers are generally proportional to body size, people who are petite, medium and bigger will have comparable hand and finger sizes. So, for a rough guide, you can order a ring from the appropriate end of the scale. We can always exchange it for you if it's unworn, in it's original packaging and with the tamper proof tag securely attached. 

You can take a ring they already wear and slip it onto one of your fingers.  Get a pen and mark a line at the furthest you can push it.  Then, measure this with a strip of paper or string and compare it to the chart here, or use our accurate ring sizer – contact us for one.

Your distinctive J hook is designed for accessibility and security, and it's instead of a fiddly unattractive lobster clasp or ring bolt. It's also designed to make each piece personally adjustable.

Just hook the J into another J or an oval link.

If you find that the J hook seems a bit wide or loose, then gently squeeze it to narrow the gap. It's made of gold so it's quite malleable.

There might be an occasion when you need to dispose of a piece of Juraster jewellery, and we've got this covered for you.

We offer a scrappage scheme, so if you return the piece to us, we can recycle that precious Fairmined gold. In return, we will send you a credit voucher for the market price of the gold. Then you can put this towards a sparkly new piece of Juraster.

Joy Guarantee Warranty

Yes! The Juraster difference means all Juraster jewellery is covered by our Joy Guarantee – our lifetime warranty that assures you it’s been made to last.  If you treat it kindly and treasure it properly, it will travel with you to chart all the chapters of your life.

The Joy Guarantee covers a lifetime of repairs or exchanges on faults (not wear & tear or accidental damage, T&Cs apply).

Bear in mind that gemstones show variations in colour and appearance that are natural characteristics of quality.

You can return your Juraster pieces to us for any remedial work eg polishing, repairing or resizing.

If you don't live in the UK, take your Juraster jewellery to any skilled jewellery repair expert for proper care.

Your Juraster jewellery is the finishing detail to make you look and feel amazing, so please love it back.  Every Juraster piece is a miniature work of art and precision engineering but if you treat it kindly, we guarantee it will last a lifetime. 

Golden rules are:

1. Let perfume or body/sun lotion dry on your skin first, before you pop on your jewellery

2. Keep it out of the sea, chlorine swimming pools, hot water, soap & cleaning products

3. Take it off for activities when it could be damaged eg cleaning, gardening, sports & DIY

Your assurance of quality are the London Assay Office hallmarks on every piece of Juraster jewellery.

You will also see the distinctive Fairmined gold logo.

Alongside these marks of quality assurance, you'll also see the initials JC, which are the maker's mark of founder Jessica Cadzow-Collins. Jessica has had own maker's mark at the London Assay Office for almost 30 years.
