We can ship to PO Box numbers only in Middle East & Africa.
International orders being shipped outside of the UK will have 20% UK VAT deducted but will be subject to approximately 18-25% customs/import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. This cost is not covered by Juraster, so you will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may occur.

We are happy to accept back any unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your Juraster purchase for a refund or credit note, or if the item is a ring, then you can exchange it for an alternative size of the same design if in stock.
We can only accept items back which are unaltered, unworn, and in a resaleable condition. Please pack your return inside the original packaging so it won’t get damaged in transit. Please ensure that each item still has its tamper proof tag intact and securely attached.
Any bespoke Juraster pieces which have been designed and made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable.
